• During Summer, it can be a struggle to keep the cool end temperature down to 85 degrees. You can have small fans attached inside the terrariums to keep the air circulating.
• During night time, bearded dragons need no night time heat at all. They need a temperature drop to have a good sleep. Do not use a heat mat during this time as they can burn their tummies if they lay on these as they cannot feel heat through their stomachs. You may opt to use a ceramic heater that doesn’t produce any light. You may also just cover the vivarium, with a thick blanket and it will be sufficiently warm.
• Do not place your terrariums in direct sunlight since this will have effects on temperature.
